We have had some very exciting days the past few weeks. Shane had his 32nd Birthday on Friday and last week he was promoted to the Art Director at Scott USA. He now has a team of 4 guys working under him and is in charge of all creative decisions for the office. This is very exciting news and is really perfect timing for us. He is pretty anxious about all of the new change, but I know he will be a FANTASTIC Art Director!

Shane so deserves that promotion! Now my Brazilian family will think Scott is even more cool. Way to go Kinman family!
